If the check engine light doesn't light up, the ECM isn't being powered up, assuming the check engine light worked before the no start issue. Look in the underhood fuse block and the I/P fuse blocks for fuses labeled IGN or ACC and check to see if they have power in the key ON position.If you're having issues with your fuel delivery this may fix the problem. 1 Answer. Check your plug wires and plugs. If they appear ok, check to make sure it is getting fuel. If it has a throttle body you can put fuel in the throttle body directly, if not and only do this once or twice, you can spray starting fluid in the air intake. If it catches with either of these you need to move to checking the fuel system.
