I've learned that when that happens if I take the key out, try to remote start it , i hear the click/ lights flash (it doesn't remote start and hasn't for awhile). Then I push the unlock button, put the key in the ignition and turn it and the SUV starts. Every single time.

It would crank for a while and give up after 5-7seconds or so, then I would crank it again it it would barely fire up....
