The PDIM comes off when you undo the clips on the right side, you'll have to pull on it a little tough. The two cables will come off when you pull the smaller metal clip up a little and for the larger one the clip has to be pushed down and then pulled out. Look at the new PDIM and you'll see how the cables latch on.
