The chests located under the map are actually merchant inventories. Notice that the items in that chest are the exact same things you can buy from the merchant nearby. Likewise, just go to any store and type "tcl" in console and you will be able to find these in all shops. These chests aren't intended to be looted.

I uninstalled the patch and even unsubscribed and deleted it but I still cant seem to find the Dawnstar chest : ( please help me get it back again. Is there a way to undo everything from the patch?
