Great changes overall. 15s will have same or similar rewards as now and they will have almost the same scaling but if you push to 20s you can get mythic raid ilvl loot with valor and mid tier mythic raid ilvl from vault. If you know your class well 430 is totally fine to do +2. naw 430 fine. Took a player with 415 ilvl for +2. He died maybe once and we timed it for +3 with no issue.
