There's probably a better/easier way, but I usually set my radio to the 450-470 range and scan those channels. That works especially well during single car qualifying, but it's not too hard to figure out who's who during the actual race. The three tracks I frequent all use 464.000 as race control, not sure if that's common or just a coincidence.
