It is better going a 3/7 levels of divine/arcane split and then going 10 levels of Mystic T. That ensures that you will get level 9 divine or arcane spells. You could also go empyreal sorcerer and focus entirely on wisdom but you will never get level 9 spells. Scroll savant does not go well with multi classing imo. The idea with this build is to always keep your summons between you and your enemies then mow them down with high single target damage. Smilidon or Dog would be the best animal companions, not sure which is best for a solo run. Smilodon for the pounce or Dog for the trip. Inquisitor is the best class for skills so no worries there.
