Depends what you like to play. If tanking is your thing, Johanna, ETC, and Muradin are all pretty easy to learn. If you like healing, Rehgar, Uther, and Anduin are all strong/easy heroes. If you like bruisers/solo laners, Leoric, Thrall, and Dehaka are fairly straightforward to play.
