Once you get the hang of the Shadowed Unit Frames config, you could replicate these frames, and layout, in about 5 minutes, if that. For elvui use the default profile, for plater, if you want to use mine the profile is called Modern Wow that should set up most things the way you see it in my screenshot. The exception will be the minimap texture and action bar textures which you will have to manually move around. Features: Most of the visual elements are weakauras.
