This is copied straight from the RRECS guide. My route is a 46K with 600 boxes. So my current evaluation box factor was 2.0(600boxes X 2.0=1200 minutes per week). Under RRECS(600boxes X 1.2162=730 minutes per week) That is a difference of 470 minutes(7.83 HOURS!!!!) So, I have to make up almost EIGHT hours of evaluated time right out of the gate!!I'm actually bullish on RRECS, or at least the idea of RRECS. The current eval system, basing years of pay off a 2 week sampling window, is just bad math.
