Tainted Bethany is super buggy in this mode since Lemegeton can just randomly vanish or her Health can just be reduced to one heart for some reason which almost screwed me out of the Tainted Hierophant Card. I would gladly pay a measly half a heart 9/10 to prevent those waves from overwhelming me, only exceptions really being with soul heart characters (and by soul heart characters I mean blue baby since 9/10 you just straight up don't lose as most soul heart characters in greedier) and tainted eve and tainted eden obviously.
