Ill suggest togedemaru on the route with the snorlax next to the bicycle way. Its steel typing should help tanking it and you can use nuzzle to paralyze kang. Toge should outspeed and kill with reversal afterwards. If not any other mon can probably finish the paralyzed kang off.

Unless you are gonna do some sort of mixed set on it, jolly is your best bet since you don't want to reduce your attack because earthquake is a physical move and you have a strong grass stab in wood hammer.
