Akali, Yone, Yasuo, and champs like that are all doable, albeit difficult matchups. Irelia is just purely impossible because she's got way too much in her passive alone that makes her uncontestable.

Conquerer keeps you alive longer and Presence of Mind can be super sweet, but overall you're losing damage and probable going to miss out on kills/get caught out easier.
